about our veterinary practice Eudora, KS

Welcome to the Eudora Animal Hospital website!

As our website evolves, you will be able to find helpful information on a variety of animal health related topics in the News section.

Eudora Animal Hospital was founded in 1975 by Dr. Ron Lee. We are a mixed animal practice: treating dogs, cats, horses, cattle and a few sheep, goats and llamas.

The practice has seen annual growth because of fair pricing, great customer service, and always being available when needed. Our team of three veterinarians are always at your disposal 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Eudora Animal Hospital would like to encourage you to come find out why so many in Northeast Kansas travel from Lawrence, Olathe, Tonganoxie, Linwood, Leavenworth, Topeka, Lee Summit, and Spring Hill to have our staff care for their family members.

George Schreiner DVM

Veterinarian / Owner

Kansas State University 1995

Dr. Schreiner grew up on a dairy farm outside of Sharon, Ks. He has worked with animals and found it rewarding since he was old enough to walk the cows into the milk barn. His strong work ethic can be attributed to his high school days when he would milk a shift, rush off to school, and then go to sports practice after so he could avoid milking two shifts a day at the farm. He is a Kansas State University graduate and loves to wear his classic EAH purple scrub top every day in support of his alma mater. His veterinary passions are cattle and small animal surgery. Dr. Schreiner spends most of his free time dividing and conquering his four kids’ activities with his wife, Gretchen.

Jon Haggard DVM

Veterinarian / Owner

Kansas State University 1993

Jon has been an equine veterinarian with The Kansas Racing Commission and private practice before partnering with EAH in 1997. Jon and his wife Lynell finally “bought the farm” they’ve always dreamed of and share it with a growing menagerie of happy animals. When Jon is not puttering around in his tractor, he can likely be found on the golf course. Jon and Lynell feel very blessed; their three girls are doing well and their beautiful grandchild, Lucy, has added another dimension to their family.

Stacy Lister

Office Manager

I have been working at EAH for 13 years as the Officer Manager, sometimes referred to as the office Mom! I enjoy talking with clients and keeping the office organized. My husband & I have a small farm in Baldwin City where we raise club lambs for 4-H kids. We have two sons; Jayden who is 9 years old and is his fathers Mini Me. He loves working with our animals and doing general chores that go along with farming. Henry is 2 years old growing like a weed and full of energy, his smile lights up our world.

Amy Boucher

Office Managing Assistant

Amy has been married for nearly twenty years and has three teenage boys. She spends most of their free time cooking meals for small armies, battling mountains of laundry, and looking for the origin of the weird smell in the house. Amy’s favorite days at EAH usually involve puppies, kittens, and leggings.
